Abstract
The Living Writers fellows help to prepare for the fall on-campus course (50 students) and online program (6,000+ alumni, parents, and community members). They read and discuss, in depth, nine or more books with the professor. They do extensive background research on all of the selected books and authors. They help draft copy for the Living Writers website, brochures, posters, emails, and calendar listings. They act as liaisons between the professor and other departments, both on and off campus. They may be called upon to help draft scripts for podcasts and to help with a late-summer kickoff.
